Fun Parc rules and regulations

Access to the Fun Parc implies acceptance of these rules and regulations. 1. conditions of access and safety
Access to the facilities is strictly forbidden outside opening hours.
Any offender is liable to prosecution. Conditions of access to the site (applicable to all persons present on the site) :

  • Have taken out civil liability insurance beforehand.
  • Be vigilant and cautious of falling objects, the ground and surrounding vegetation.
  • Respect the signs in force, and do not hinder riders by driving or parking near the workshops and ziplines reaching the ground.
  • Respect markings and paths on the ground.
  • No running in the aisles.
  • Respect the environment (don’t pick up or leave anything behind).
  • Do not smoke in forests and wooded areas, as there is a risk of fire.
  • All types of fire are prohibited in the park.
  • Pets are not allowed in the park.

1.1. Parcours acrobatique en hauteur (accrobranche)

KIDS courses are accessible from 1m and up to 1m40. The presence of a responsible adult is mandatory.
The YOUTH/ADULT courses are accessible from :

– 1m25 for green course (7), blue course (8) and purple zip lines (14) (15)
– 1m35 for orange course (9)
– 1m45 for red course (10)
– 1m50 for brown course (11), black course (12) and super black course (13)
– 1m40 and 45kg for giant zip line over water (max 75kg)

Minors under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult can remain on the ground. Minors aged 14 to 16 without an adult present must leave an emergency contact at reception, and must be accompanied by at least two people. Only paintballs sold by Fun Parc on the day of the activity are authorized.

1.3. Trampolines
Recommended minimum age: 3 years
Maximum weight: 100 kg
Maximum one person per trampoline
Shoes, sneakers or flip-flops must not be worn. Socks or bare feet mandatory.
Minors under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

1.4. Minigolf
Clubs are only used to hit the ball sparingly and can be dangerous. Please be responsible.
Any broken golf club will be charged €20.

1.5. Embarcations nautiques
Know how to swim 50 meters and know how to submerge.
Respect the number of people per boat.
Respect the return time. Any overtime will be billed in full.
Wearing a lifejacket is compulsory. mandatory.
Do not approach within 30 meters of fishermen, and do not disembark on the island.
Do not go into the swimming area, the water ski lift area, under the giant zip line or near the inflatables.
Minors under 14 years of age must be under the responsibility of an adult.
We strongly advise against bringing valuables with you. Fun Parc declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage.
Wait for an operator to arrive before disembarking.
A security deposit (ID, car keys, etc.) is required.A deposit (identity card, car keys, etc.) is required and will be returned to you when the boat is returned.
A boat returned with a broken part will be charged €50.
A boat filled with water, returned or sunk, will be charged €200.

Not suitable for people who have already dislocated a shoulder.

Jewelry, watches, rings, shoes, etc. are not allowed on the structure.

1.7. Téléski-nautique

All participants must comply with the safety briefing viewed and/or given by the instructors. 2. General conditions for practising the activities
Be in good health and free from physical and psychological disorders. The practice of activities is forbidden to anyone who has consumed alcohol or any other substance that may impair their abilities, and to pregnant women.. Have paid an access fee. In general, all participants must comply with all instructions and guidelines. Have read the posted safety instructions and explanations concerning the equipment to be used. Have familiarized themselves with the posted documents relating to the various markings and signs to be used, which were given at the start of the session to explain how to practice the activities.

For all activities, minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by responsible adults.

3. Schedules, equipment and material
Respect the start and end times of activities.
For each activity, Fun Parc provides equipment that must be returned at the time set according to the package chosen.
The use of equipment other than that provided by Fun Parc is not authorized.
Dress appropriately for each activity. 4. Help
Ask Fun Parc staff for advice if you have any doubts or are in a delicate situation. 5. Weather conditions
In the event of adverse weather conditions (strong winds, storms, earthquakes), Fun Parc management reserves the right to evacuate the facilities temporarily or permanently for your safety.
If the facility closes definitively within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of your activity, you will be offered a credit note so that you can reschedule your activity at a later date. 6. Risks and exclusions
If you fail to comply with safety rules and regulations, you expose yourself to the risk of an accident, and may endanger yourself and others. You do so on your own responsibility and risk exclusion from the park without any right to reimbursement. The management reserves the right to refuse access to or exclude any person whose behavior is incompatible with the spirit of the park, or hinders its smooth operation or safety: drunkenness, excessive agitation, failure to comply with safety instructions, damage, etc.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT :

  • TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PARK AND ITS FACILITIES TO ANY PERSON IT DEEMS NOT TO MEET THE CONDITIONS LAID DOWN IN THE PRESENT REGULATIONS.
  • EXCLUDE ANYONE WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH INSTRUCTIONS, BEHAVES IN A WAY THAT IS DANGEROUS TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS, OR SHOWS DISRESPECT FOR PEOPLE, FACILITIES OR THE ENVIRONMENT.
  • TO TAKE OR ENFORCE ANY DECISION IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE.

FUN PARC DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR THEFT AND IN THE EVENT OF ACCIDENTS RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS OR THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
